3.Properties and features:

It is new plasticizer ,can used to replace the DOP and DBP .It is the best new PVC plasticizer, because it is the cheapest and can reduce 30% the cost of production greatly.

 

it can replace the dioctyl phthalate (DOP),dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and and dibutyl ester.Its features include light color or slight yellow,transparent liquid, with advantages as high efficiency, high thermal stability,good plasticized capacity, good compatibility, low release, good heat stability, good resistance to freeze and hot, low offset ,waterproof and anti-UV ray, extraction, hard to oxidization and volatility  oxidization and volatilization and good electrical capacity .

 

4.Product Usage :

 

It has good solubility with PVC that speeds up the finish time for mixing & plasticizung. With the same production conditions, it can substitute DOP or DBP with the following advantages :

 

- Saving production energy and speeding up the time for mixing & plasticizing.- Increase the lightness and stability of the products with low volatility- Improve the oil resistance, water resistance, stain resistance and light variance. - The properties of high flash point and non-toxic ensure the green safety usages. - As the plasticizer, its low temperature resistance is superior to DOP so that it is much suitable for different resins such as polyvinyl chloride.
